Will this work with my POS system?
Yes. Receiptile works alongside every POS system that handles sales: Square, Zeller, Lightspeed, Shopify POS, Clover, Toast, Kounta, Vend, and hundreds more. There is no integration or software connection required. Receiptile is a standalone device that sits next to your register.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. Customers tap their phone on the tile and the receipt opens instantly. No app download, no account creation, no email address required. It works on most modern smartphones.
How long does setup take?
Most tiles are live within five minutes of opening the box. Plug it in beside your register, follow the guided setup on your phone to connect it to your WiFi, and take a test receipt. Nothing changes about how you ring up sales, there is no technician visit, and your team does not need training. If anything trips you up, our team will walk you through it the same day.
Are the receipts accepted for tax records and expenses?
Yes. Every receipt issued through Receiptile includes the standard details required for expense claims and tax records: business name, date, itemised goods or services, and applicable tax amounts.
What does it cost?
Annual is A$349 a year in Australia and New Zealand with the tile included, charged at checkout and renewing at the same price. Elsewhere the standard price is US$349 a year; founding customers pay US$249 for their first year and keep renewing at US$249. Either way it is less than the monthly subscription alone, so the tile really is free. Monthly is A$39 or US$39 per tile per month plus a one-off A$99 or US$99 for the tile, and the subscription only starts once your tile is live. Every order has a 30 day money back guarantee.
Where is my data stored?
Receipt data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every receipt is digitally signed so it cannot be altered after it is issued. Data is hosted in secure data centres with leading cloud providers, currently in the United States, and it is never sold or shared with third parties. Receipts belong to you and your customers, and we delete data on request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in a couple of clicks, with no fees. Your service runs to the end of the period you have paid for, every order comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, and receipts you have already issued stay with your customers.
Can I get multiple tiles?
Yes. Choose your quantity at checkout and every tile is covered by your plan, billed per tile. Running multiple venues, a group or a franchise? Contact us for tiered and enterprise pricing and we will build a bundle that fits.
When does billing start?
Annual is charged at checkout and renews yearly at the same price. On the monthly plan you pay for the tile today and the subscription only starts once your tile is live, with the first 30 days included. Either way, you have 30 days from delivery to return the tile for a full refund.
